Experion Developers to Expand Portfolio Over the Next Five to Seven Years, With NCR Emerging as the Primary Focus

New Delhi:
Singapore-headquartered AT Capital Group has strengthened its presence in
India's real estate sector, with its cumulative investment through Experion
Developers reaching approximately ₹5,000 crore. The investment group now plans
to invest an additional ₹10,000 crore over the next five to seven years,
signalling continued confidence in the country's property market.
The majority of the upcoming investments are expected
to be concentrated in the National Capital Region (NCR), which remains one of
India's prominent destinations for residential and luxury housing developments.
The planned investment comes amid sustained interest
in premium residential properties, particularly in markets such as Gurugram and
other emerging locations across the NCR.
Experion Developers Plans Major Expansion
Experion Developers, backed by AT Capital Group, is
preparing to expand its development portfolio through a series of new projects
over the coming years. The proposed investment will support the company's
growth ambitions and strengthen its position in India's competitive real estate
market.
With an additional ₹10,000 crore earmarked for
investment, the developer is expected to focus on identifying suitable
development opportunities, acquiring land and bringing new residential projects
to market.
The investment plan also reflects the growing interest
of international capital in India's real estate sector, supported by
urbanisation, rising household incomes and demand for premium homes.
NCR Remains a Key Investment Destination
The National Capital Region is expected to receive the
largest share of Experion's upcoming investments. Gurugram, in particular, has
emerged as an important market for luxury and premium residential developments,
supported by corporate expansion, improved connectivity and demand from
high-income homebuyers.
Infrastructure development, including expressways,
metro connectivity and other transport improvements, has contributed to the
region's attractiveness for residential and commercial investments.
The growing preference for spacious homes, premium
amenities and integrated residential communities has also encouraged developers
to expand their presence in the region.
However, the success of new projects will depend on
location, pricing, infrastructure availability and the ability to meet changing
homebuyer expectations.
Foreign Capital Continues to Support
Indian Real Estate
AT Capital's investment plans highlight the role of
international investors in India's property market. Overseas capital can
provide developers with the financial resources needed for land acquisition,
project development and portfolio expansion.
India's relatively strong long-term housing demand,
expanding urban centres and growing premium housing segment continue to attract
investor attention.
At the same time, investors are increasingly assessing
project execution capabilities, regulatory compliance, market demand and
potential returns before committing substantial capital.
For developers, access to long-term investment can
support expansion while enabling them to compete in markets where land prices
and construction costs remain significant considerations.
AT Capital Group's proposed investment marks another
significant development in India's real estate investment landscape. If
executed as planned, the additional capital could strengthen Experion
Developers' presence in the NCR and support new residential developments over
the coming years.
The company's long-term growth will ultimately depend
on disciplined land acquisition, timely project delivery and its ability to
respond to evolving demand in India's increasingly competitive housing market.
