KOCHI : Kerala-based
real estate developer Veegaland Developers has entered the public markets with
a ₹210 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO), giving investors an opportunity to
participate in the company’s growth story. The IPO opened for subscription on
September 10 and will remain open until September 15, 2026. The price band has
been fixed at ₹130–₹140 per equity share.
The IPO
comprises a fresh issue of up to 1.50 crore equity shares, with no
offer-for-sale component. The company has said that the funds will be used
primarily for ongoing residential projects, land acquisition and general
corporate purposes. Ahead of the public issue, Veegaland Developers also raised
₹63 crore from anchor investors.
Part of the V-Guard
Group, Veegaland Developers focuses on residential projects across mid-premium,
premium, ultra-premium and luxury segments. As of June 30, 2026, the company
had completed 10 residential projects covering about 11.05 lakh sq ft, while 12
projects covering approximately 18.57 lakh sq ft were under development.
The IPO is
attracting attention as Kerala’s residential real estate market continues to
evolve. Investors will be watching the subscription response, the company’s
project pipeline and its ability to deploy IPO proceeds effectively as key
indicators of its post-listing growth prospects.
With the
issue scheduled to close on September 15 and listing expected on September 18,
Veegaland Developers’ IPO is emerging as an important real estate offering in
India’s current primary market.
