Delhi: Experion
Developers is planning to invest around ₹10,000 crore over the next five years
to develop a large pipeline of luxury and ultra-luxury residential projects
across India. The planned investment will cover land acquisition, approvals and
construction, with the company targeting the development of approximately 3,000
luxury homes and residential plots.
Around
two-thirds of the proposed development pipeline is expected to be located in
the National Capital Region (NCR), highlighting the region's growing importance
in India's premium residential real estate market.
The planned
investment reflects the developer's focus on the premium and ultra-premium
housing segment, which has witnessed strong interest from affluent homebuyers
and investors.
The upcoming
projects are expected to cater to buyers looking for larger homes, premium
amenities, high-quality construction and well-connected locations. The company
is also looking to develop residential plots as part of its future pipeline.
With nearly
two-thirds of the planned pipeline concentrated in NCR, the region is likely to
remain a major growth market for Experion Developers.
Gurugram and
other parts of the NCR have emerged as important destinations for luxury
housing, supported by improving infrastructure, corporate expansion,
connectivity and demand from high-income professionals and investors.
The
continued development of highways, expressways, metro connectivity and other
infrastructure is also supporting the expansion of residential corridors across
the region.
The proposed
₹10,000 crore investment will include several major components of real estate
development, including land, statutory approvals and construction.
The planned
development of around 3,000 homes and plots over five years indicates a
significant expansion of the company's project portfolio. The focus on premium
housing also reflects the broader shift in India's residential market towards
higher-value properties.
Experion's
proposed investment is expected to add significant new supply to the luxury
housing market, particularly in NCR.
The
company's five-year expansion plan signals continued developer confidence in
India's premium residential sector and highlights the growing role of NCR in
the country's luxury real estate market.
