Mumbai: Mumbai-based
real estate developer Runwal Enterprises is set to launch its ₹500 crore
initial public offering (IPO) on September 25, 2026. The price band has been
fixed at ₹290–₹305 per equity share, with the issue closing on September 29.
The IPO will consist entirely of a fresh issue of
shares. A significant portion of the proceeds is planned to be used for debt
reduction. The company intends to deploy around ₹325 crore of the net IPO
proceeds towards repayment or prepayment of outstanding borrowings, while the
remaining funds will support future project acquisitions and general corporate
purposes.
As of March 2026, Runwal Enterprises had 19 completed,
28 ongoing and 33 upcoming projects, with a total developable and estimated
developable area of about 88.37 million sq ft. The company reported revenue of
₹1,798.9 crore and a profit of ₹185.8 crore for FY2025-26.
The IPO is expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE,
with the tentative listing date set for October 5, 2026.
