Prestige Group Expands Delhi-NCR Footprint with 17.14-Acre Acquisition in Gurugram

 

GURUGRAM: In a strategic push to consolidate its presence in the northern market, Bengaluru-based real estate heavyweight Prestige Group has secured a prime 17.14-acre land parcel in Sector 109, Gurugram. The land parcel has been acquired to develop a large-scale premium residential project boasting an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹5,600 crore.

The development is projected to deliver roughly 2.8 million square feet of saleable residential area, significantly expanding Prestige’s upcoming pipeline in Delhi-NCR.

Situated in Sector 109 along the high-growth Dwarka Expressway corridor, the site provides direct transit links to Indira Gandhi International Airport, Southwest Delhi, and major commercial districts in Gurugram.

While Prestige Group has long been an established market leader across Southern India, this move underscores its aggressive growth roadmap to build critical scale in North India's thriving luxury housing sector.

With institutional capital and high-net-worth buyer interest heavily focused along the Dwarka Expressway, this ₹5,600-crore project positions Prestige Group to capture rising demand for branded, community-centric luxury homes in Gurugram's evolving urban landscape.
