New
Delhi: Realty developer Ashiana Housing is planning an aggressive expansion in
FY27, targeting sales bookings of around ₹2,400 crore and land acquisitions of
more than ₹1,000 crore, as the company looks to strengthen its residential and
senior-living portfolio.
According
to company Managing Director Vishal Gupta, Ashiana achieved sales bookings of
about ₹2,400 crore in FY26 and expects bookings to remain at a similar level
during the current financial year. The company, however, expects revenue
recognition to increase as several projects move closer to completion and
handover.
Senior
living is emerging as a key growth segment for Ashiana. The company recorded
around ₹530 crore in senior-living bookings last year and is targeting
approximately ₹750 crore from the segment in FY27.
Ashiana
is expanding its senior-living projects across Chennai, Bengaluru and the
Mumbai-Pune region, with developments planned in locations including Talegaon,
Panvel and the Karjat Road belt.
The
developer plans to deploy more than ₹1,000 crore towards land acquisition
through outright purchases as well as development arrangements. It is
evaluating opportunities across NCR, Bhiwadi, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Chennai and
the Mumbai-Pune region.
The
company also acquired 28.55 acres in Pune during the April-June quarter for a
senior-living project, which is expected to have around 20 lakh sq ft of
saleable area and revenue potential of ₹1,800 crore.
Ashiana
Housing's expansion plans highlight the growing opportunities developers see in
specialised housing formats, particularly senior living, alongside conventional
residential development.
